Hi, I'm Erika.

I've been teaching undergraduate communication courses for the last decade and fell in to coaching completely by accident.  I was helping a friend as a volunteer client and in the few months we spent working together, the changes in myself were immeasurable. I completely fell in love with the field and feel so passionately that  I wanted to share with the world.

I have a Master of Science in Applied Communication and received my formal life coach training at the Institute for Life Coach Training, an ICF accredited coach training program.  I am an active member of the International Coaching Federation and I hold a BCC certification with specialty designations in Executive, Corporate, Business, Leadership and Career Coaching.
